Responsibilities

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service; Lead and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service; Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations; Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers as needed; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment; Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently; Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability; Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management; Step in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, making critical decisions to maintain operations

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in a fast-paced dining environment; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team; Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences; Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment; Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards; Experience with inventory management and cost control; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; Food Safety Certification; Understanding of food and beverage industry trends; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
