Full Time/Casual Cook

As a Cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. We are looking for cooks on either a full time or casual basis with flexible availability. Shifts can be anywhere from 5am onwards, and may finish at 1:30am.

Responsibilities

Following the GYG recipe guide; Working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours; Delivering quality creations for new and loyal guests

Requirements

Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment; Good understanding of food safety concerns; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
