Responsibilities

Drive Sales Success – Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant in Craigieburn!; Provide outstanding customer service by offering product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and expert advice to help customers make informed decisions.; Support the sales team in achieving store targets and performance goals through proactive engagement and efficient transaction processing.; Manage point-of-sale systems accurately, handling cash transactions, card payments, and maintaining detailed records with precision.; Organize and maintain store displays, ensuring merchandise is well-presented, properly stocked, and aligned with company standards.; Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising to optimize product visibility and availability.; Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand values and meets all safety regulations.; Collaborate with team members to solve problems efficiently and support colleagues in delivering consistent customer experiences.; Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices while demonstrating reliability and accountability in all tasks.; Identify customer needs and concerns with empathy, working toward solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
