Funds Lawyers

We are seeking Lawyers to join a fantastic funds focused team in the Caribbean. You may currently be in a corporate/M&A-focused role or in a funds role, or indeed a broader transactional role. Of most importance is some knowledge of funds and a good all-round career background generally. This role will involve a range of funds work, focused on closed-ended funds and private equity funds and real estate funds. You will get superb exposure to major funds work relating to the formation and ongoing operation of funds for an elite client base. You will be working in a hugely supportive environment with a number of Partners including the head of team as well as with other Senior Associates. We have met several of the team and can confirm this will be a great role to work within, and a superb opportunity for a Lawyer considering a move to, or within, the Caribbean. We are seeking a Lawyer currently in a corporate or funds or other transactional team. You will have between three and five years’ PQE, or similar, and should have a good, stable career record at either City or leading national law firms in the UK or leading law firms in Australia or New Zealand. This position offers a very high City level salary together with no income tax and a comprehensive relocation package and generous bonus scheme.
