FutureShaper - Graduate Program

FutureShaper is TeamSystem’s Graduate Program. The program lasts 20 months and includes 3 Job Rotations. You will have the opportunity to choose from 3 career tracks: Strategic Governance & Digital Development, R&D & IT Governance, System Integration & Product Marketing. TeamSystem is a leading Tech Company in Italy and Europe, supporting digital innovation for over 45 years. Once you complete the selection process, you will receive a permanent contract from day one and embark on a tailor-made Job Rotation program, working closely with experienced managers and professionals.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 20-month Graduate Program with 3 Job Rotations; Choose from 3 career tracks: Strategic Governance & Digital Development, R&D & IT Governance, System Integration & Product Marketing; Work closely with experienced managers and professionals, gaining hands-on experience and practical insights; Receive continuous mentoring and regular feedback; Progressively strengthen skills and consolidate professional capabilities over time

Requirements

Show initiative and proactivity: take action, propose solutions, and don’t wait for others to lead the way; Motivated to achieve tangible results and take ownership of goals; Open to feedback, learn from experience, and adapt quickly to change; Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments; Navigate complexity and effectively organize activities and processes in dynamic, fast-moving contexts; Communicate clearly and build effective relationships, listening to and understanding others’ needs; Interested in business and understand how technology creates value; Confident using digital tools and data to support decision-making; Native Italian speaker with strong English skills (C1 level); Graduate or about to graduate with an outstanding academic record

Nice to have

Degree preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering (Management, Computer, Mechanical, or related fields), Mathematics, Physics, Digital Management, or similar disciplines; Applications from other backgrounds are also welcome
