Game Presenter

Responsibilities

Host live casino games for Korean-speaking players in a professional and engaging manner; Present games clearly while following company procedures and gaming standards; Deliver an excellent player experience through confident communication and presentation skills; Maintain game accuracy, integrity and compliance with operational guidelines; Work closely with supervisors and studio teams to ensure smooth game operations; Participate in paid training and continuously develop product knowledge and presentation skills; Meet quality standards and KPI targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

Native/fluent in Korean, both oral and written; Fluent in English; Confident, professional and customer-oriented presentation skills; Willingness to relocate to Armenia; Available to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (2 days on / 2 days off); Positive, pro-active approach to work, with a flexible can-do attitude; A sense of responsibility and aspire to be the best at what you do; Being a mature and hardworking individual who works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
