Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures; Develop and implement strategic plans to meet short-term and long-term business objectives; Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures; Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, and performance management; Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge; Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met consistently; Collaborate with other departments and senior management to align local operations with overall company goals; Implement and maintain quality control and safety standards; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a general management or similar leadership role; Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management; Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams; Superior strategic planning and execution capabilities; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Proficiency in operations management and process improvement techniques; Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service; Adaptability and resilience in managing change and addressing challenges; Proficiency in relevant business software and tools; Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards; Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
