Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including: Leading their team. Setting high standards for customer service. Maintain exceptional product quality standards.

Responsibilities

Leading their team; Setting high standards for customer service; Maintaining exceptional product quality standards; Training and developing a team; Making employee schedules; Placing store food orders; Maintaining inventory; Responding promptly to customer concerns; Keeping store employees in proper image; Answering all store calls after the first ring; Following Team Sharma Domino's Policies and working together as a team; Working weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor, motivational skills, and enthusiasm; Organized and efficient in time management; Must work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing and walking, lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, carrying bulk items, bending and reaching, occasional crouching or squatting, occasional stair or ladder use, and pushing/pulling trays on dollies
