Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Responsibilities

Leading their team; Setting high standards for customer service; Maintaining exceptional product quality standards; Making employee schedules; Placing store food orders; Maintaining inventory; Ensuring exceptional product quality; Responding promptly to customer concerns; Keeping store employees in proper image; Answering all store calls after the first ring; Following Team Sharma Domino's Policies; Working together as a team

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor, motivational skills, and enthusiasm; Organized and efficient in time management; Must work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Ability to train and develop a team; Able to make employee schedules, place store food orders, and maintain inventory; Able to respond promptly to customer concerns; Must be able to follow Team Sharma Domino's Policies and work together as a team; Ability to stand and walk for most tasks; Ability to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; Ability to carry bulk items such as 30 pounds of pizza sauce and three trays of pizza dough; Ability to bend and reach; Occasional crouching or squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas; Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance; Pushing and pulling trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
