Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Responsibilities

Leading their team; Setting high standards for customer service; Maintaining exceptional product quality standards; Training and developing a team; Making employee schedules; Placing store food orders; Maintaining inventory; Responding promptly to customer concerns; Keeping store employees in proper image; Answering all store calls after the first ring; Following Team Sharma Domino's Policies and working together as a team

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S. employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor, motivational skills, and enthusiasm; Organized and efficient in time management; Must work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Requires standing and walking for most tasks; Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; Carrying bulk items such as 30 pounds of pizza sauce and three trays of pizza dough at a time; Bending and reaching; Occasional crouching or squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas; Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance; Pushing and pulling trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force

Prior management experience is a plus; Preferred restaurant experience
