General Manager – Brand New Members Club

We are working with a VERY cool hospitality brand who are opening up a snazzy new, F&B-led private members club & flexi space so we’re on the look out for a General Manager to open the Club and run it! The Club is slap bang in the West End, opens in 2022 and is stunning, it just needs someone special to build the finest of all teams and run it.

Responsibilities

Recruitment of pre-opening leadership team; Pre-opening co-ordination and management of process; Responsible for setting up SOPs and standards for opening; Owns and manages the relationship with the Owner; Directly responsible for the sales and revenue management strategy and Club performance; Manages the operations of the Club in order to maximise profitability and to ensure superior member experience; Manages performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as recruits, trains and develops the pre-opening team; Full project management of all aspects of opening; Day to day running of the business; Full responsibility for budget, P&L, forecasting and creating business plan and growth strategy; Team development, succession planning and staff retention; Lead management team to achieve overall property targets
