General Manager

As General Manager, you'll have the freedom to succeed to build a business to be proud of, whilst developing your team and creating a warm welcome for your customers. From the moment you step through the door, you'll lead by example make sure our customers, and teams, have a great time.

Responsibilities

Work with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales; Lead by example and bring the brand to life through your team in delivering amazing experiences for customers; Recruit and develop your team so they have the knowledge needed to delight customers; Be a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times; Lead the day-to-day running of the pub

Requirements

Very high standards and attention to detail in all aspects of the day-to-day running of a successful pub; Great people skills with strong communication and leadership skills; Business savvy with a keen eye for P&L control; Embraces individuality and cares for others, the pub and the environment; Right attitude and outlook; Keen to learn and happiest when succeeding at something new; Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls; Must already have, or be able to acquire, a personal license

Nice to have

Previous success at General Manager level; Background in hospitality, retail or other fast-paced environments
