We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Hoddesdon team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working any 5 in 7 Nights, 23:00 to 07:00, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.; Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT; Ensure the correct amount of product is picked; Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times; Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse; Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers; Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.; Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.; Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages; Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment

Requirements

Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage; Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance; PPT/MHE experience is desirable for this role; Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy; Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well
