Responsibilities

Resolving complex, business-critical construction disputes for owners, developers, contractors, consultants, and financial institutions; Collaborating across offices to advise on disputes arising from major, cutting-edge projects, including hyperscale data centers, semiconductor manufacturing facilities, transportation and water infrastructure, and advanced biomedical developments; Representing clients in litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and dispute boards; Serving as proactive project counsel, helping clients manage risk and resolve issues during project execution
