Responsibilities

Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.; Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.; Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.; Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.; Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets.; May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.; May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.; Foundational proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and graphic/visualization tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, exposure to BIM workflows is advantageous.; Understanding of architectural principles, building systems, construction materials, and design coordination workflows.; Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.; Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks under guidance and contribute to technical accuracy.; Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.; A proactive learner with curiosity and enthusiasm for developing both technical and design capabilities.; Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024, to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.; Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.2 and above.; If you hold a Master’s Degree, it should have started within 12 months of completing your Bachelor’s Degree to ensure continuous education and meet program requirements.; Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program and are encouraged to apply for our professional-level roles instead.
