You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, helping global professionals find their next role while driving business growth. Daily responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end recruitment (headhunting, interviewing, negotiating offers); Developing new business opportunities across global markets; Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates; Working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team in our Leeds city centre office.
