Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is looking for a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in Customer Supply Chain consultancy within the Mobility Aftermarket. The successful candidate will be mentored in the following areas:

Responsibilities

Managing customer orders: entry and follow-up (local and export); Handling and respond to all customer requests; Follow up back-orders and produce status reports; Automotive telephone sales; Handling very low-level technical enquiries on parts availability; Manage goods return process and credit requests; Support sales and marketing in promotional activity; Data management (including electronic orders); Handle technical queries appropriately, including part number interpretation; Support supply chain consultants with Admin functions; Retrieve and communicate POD’s for all orders delivered

Requirements

Completed Matric / Grade 12; Degree in supply chain / logistics or related field
