Graphic Design & Learning Content Trainee (Quality Department)

Responsibilities

Create, record, edit, and produce training videos; Design visually engaging training materials, including presentations, infographics, manuals, posters, and digital learning resources.; Develop and upload training modules on the Learning Management System (LMS); Create product knowledge training resources, including PowerPoint presentations, PDF guides, and other educational materials.; Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with internal audits to ensure compliance with operational standards; Review and proofread digital and printed materials, including the website, menus, guest collateral, and other documents; Support special projects assigned by Management, including the preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials.; Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee engagement, learning experiences, and quality awareness across the resort.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.; Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.; Strong knowledge of video recording and editing; Excellent written and spoken English with strong proofreading skills.; Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.; Strong communication and project management skills.; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.; Passion for learning, design, quality, and continuous improvement.
