Group Product Manager - Dynamic Product Ads (그룹 프로덕트 매니저)

In this role, you will pioneer a zero-to-one product, building new services that help advertisers grow their businesses by leveraging Moloco’s world-class machine learning capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for end-to-end Dynamic Product Ads (DPA); Own the product lifecycle from concept to experimentation and launch; Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs; Lead cross-functional teams to deliver rapid, high-quality product iterations; Synthesize data and insights from multiple internal and external sources; Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics; Resolve day-to-day operational challenges proactively

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; 10+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles; 3+ years of mobile ad tech experience, ideally with expertise in Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and/or Commerce Media; Demonstrated success in leading 0 → 1 product strategies and launches; Analytical mindset, using data to inform and drive key decisions; Solid understanding of go-to-market (GTM) cycles within product management; Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; Experience thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Nice to have

MBA preferred; Experience in personalization, recommendation, or ranking systems; Familiarity with commerce APIs, product feed management, and dynamic creative systems; Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
