GTM Intern (Fall)

Adaptive is a cybersecurity startup on a mission to stop AI-powered cyberattacks. We are currently hiring a GTM Intern to work closely with sales leadership. This is a higher visibility role than other internships, and we trust our interns with important tasks that directly impact business performance. The role requires 2-3 days a week in office from 8:30-5:30 and may be adjusted as necessary. Candidates must be able to work fully in-person from our Beverly Hills office.

Responsibilities

Collaborate: Work closely with our team on various projects, gaining exposure to real-world business development operations; Support: Assist with outreach, communication, and day-to-day coordination to help keep initiatives moving forward; Build: Help organize and streamline internal processes that support our GTM and business development efforts; Operate: Assist with business operations tasks including contract creation, document management, and maintaining workflows that support deal execution; Innovate and Iterate: Bring creative ideas to the table, test new approaches, and support ongoing improvements to our workflows.

Requirements

Currently pursuing bachelors degree; 2-3 days a week in office from 8:30-5:30; Must be able to work fully in-person from Beverly Hills office; Able to start ASAP and continue internship through the school year; 20-35 hours per week; Boundless Energy: A vibrant and enthusiastic approach to startups, ready to reach and exceed ambitious goals; Adaptability: Comfort with fast-paced environments and changing landscapes typical of high-growth startups; Standard of Excellence: Demonstrated history of going above and beyond on projects; Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
