Responsibilities

Oaks Wellington Hotel are looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team, someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations on a part-time basis; Key Responsibilities:; Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth; Assist with food and beverage service in our café, bar, or during in-room dining; Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly; Deliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B area; Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required; Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met; Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records Shift Details (subject to change):; Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday; Minimum 24 hours per week; $25 NZD per hour

Requirements

Successful candidates will have:; Previous hospitality experience across Front Office and Food & Beverage would be highly beneficial; A positive, adaptable attitude and excellent communication skills; Confidence in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; A passion for creating memorable guest experiences; Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
