Guest Service Representative - Nights

Position Overview: As a Night Shift Guest Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and students during evening hours. Your role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations during the night shift, creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests and students professionally and warmly during night hours; Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to our programs, services, and appointments; Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for evening beauty services and consultations; Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and appointments; Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously; Collaborate with the night team to ensure smooth and efficient operations; Perform administrative and support tasks as required during the night shift

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills; Positive attitude and ability to work independently during night hours; Availability to work night shifts including evenings and weekends as required

Nice to have

Additional training in customer service or hospitality is a plus; Experience in customer service or guest relations preferred, especially in evening or flexible shifts; Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
