Your role will involve delivering excellent customer service, managing guest interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors at our campus.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and students with warmth and professionalism; Answer phone calls and handle inquiries regarding our programs and services; Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments for beauty services; Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services rendered; Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and effectively; Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience; Support administrative tasks as needed based on the operational requirements of the university

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest engagement; Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; A positive attitude and willingness to step in and assist when needed; Flexible availability based on operational needs, including weekdays, evenings, or weekends

Nice to have

Further education in hospitality or customer service; Prior experience in customer service or guest-facing roles; Experience with CRM systems
