Responsibilities

Greet guests and students in a friendly and professional manner; Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing detailed information about programs and services; Schedule and coordinate appointments for beauty services and other university offerings; Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and communications; Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care; Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences; Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests; Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; A friendly demeanor and positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction; Flexible availability to cover various shifts as needed, including weekdays and weekends

Nice to have

Previous experience in customer service or a guest-facing role is preferred; Experience with CRM software is advantageous
