Position Overview: As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will provide essential coverage by delivering outstanding service to guests and students during periods of staff absence or increased demand. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for the university's front desk during your shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests and students in a friendly and professional manner; Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about programs, services, and appointments; Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of guest interactions; Address concerns or feedback from guests promptly and effectively; Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and organized work environment; Support administrative duties as required to facilitate university operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently; Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to varying schedules; Availability to work as a substitute including weekdays, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Nice to have

Additional education in customer service or hospitality preferred; Experience in customer service or front desk roles is advantageous; Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
