Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead

Responsibilities

Prepare and enhance design documents needed to support product configuration (field mapping, data definition, rules definition, etc.); Understand product vision and expectations on technical solution architecture; Demonstrate understanding of application development projects involving complex business rules; Requirement analysis, detailed designs and implementation activities for development, integration, and long-term maintenance of applications; Configuration and development of Guidewire Integration areas (transactions, job/batch configuration, messaging, webservices, multiple LOBs, forms management, administration, account management, contacts); Configure, build and develop Guidewire Claim Center components using GOSU, Wizards, PCF, Data Model, GX Model definition, Workflow, Activities; Work on third party integrations for ClaimCenter; Use XML, JSON, GUnit, Jenkins/GIT/TFS and code coverage or scanning tools such as SonarQube; Identify value additions that can be built as reusable configuration components; WBS creation from user stories; Work as an individual contributor on ClaimCenter configuration and integration; Ensure application code follows defined architecture standards; Sprint acceptance tracking and management; Responsible for Sprint and Release deployments; Perform thorough impact analysis and identify risks in advance

Requirements

Strong technical expertise and work experience in GW ClaimCenter Integration; Experience in GOSU scripting; Strong database skills, preferably in SQL Server 2012 or ORACLE 11g; Conversant with expansion, new development, and maintenance projects; Experience in code merging; Experience in release deployment plan and activities; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to independently work on complex technical defects/tasks; Excellent team player
