Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service; Understand each guest’s needs; Provide quality consultations; Perform requested services in an efficient and professional manner.

Requirements

Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations; Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; Comfortable using technology and performing basic administrative tasks, including closing out the salon system when required; Ability to read, write, and perform basic math; Good eyesight to observe a guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus; Comfortable standing, moving, lifting, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive movements throughout the workday; Comfortable occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs; Comfortable working around salon products, fragrances, and chemicals.
