Responsibilities

Full-service styling: precision cuts, styles, vibrant color, highlights, and facial waxing; Real consultations: connecting with people and making sure they leave feeling confident; Clean Team: pitching in on sweeping, laundry/towels, scrubbing bowls, and keeping retail shelves stocked; Tech and operations: using the POS system to check guests in and out and handle basic salon math

Requirements

Current Cosmetology or Barber license; Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; Comfortable with the physical pace of a busy salon; Professionalism and positive attitude while handling the hustle; Thrives in a fast-paced environment
