Responsibilities

Provide exceptional leadership; Provide guest service; Understand guest's needs; Provide quality consultations; Perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner

Requirements

Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations; Want to lead a salon; Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks; Ability to read, write, and do basic math; Good eyesight, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus; Comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements; Occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs; Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments
