Responsibilities

Full-service styling: precision cuts, styles, vibrant color, highlights, and facial waxing; Real consultations: connecting with people from all walks of life and ensuring they leave feeling confident; Clean team vibe: pitch in on essentials such as sweeping, laundry/towels, scrubbing bowls, and keeping retail shelves stocked; Tech and operations: using POS system to check guests in and out and handle basic salon math

Requirements

Current Cosmetology or Barber license; Reliability: flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; Energy: comfortable with physical pace of a busy salon; Professionalism: handle the hustle while keeping station clean and positive attitude
