Responsibilities

Completing maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects, with project length ranging from two hours to two days; Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers about scope of work and costs; Creating life-long customers by delivering a great experience and following the Mr. Handyman Way; Documenting the job while following the process; Asking for reviews and collecting payments; Wearing proper PPE and booties to protect customer’s home

Requirements

Live within commuting area of Bellevue; Have 8+ years’ experience in the construction industry; Own your own tools; Be insurable for driving our vehicle; Complete a background and driving record check; Able to lift 50 pounds independently; Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time; Professional appearance; Strong proficiency in at least three of: carpentry work, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting inside and out, drywall work minor and major repairs, general plumbing and electrical where allowed by law, floor installation, familiar with building codes; Self-manage as you will be alone often; Provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews and collecting payments; Have necessary tools including ability to use technology; Document the job while following the Mr. Handyman Way; Wear proper PPE and booties to protect customer’s home
