Health Representative (Central)

The Pfizer Health Representative will be the central contact in connecting customers within their accounts to therapies that advance wellness, prevention, treatments, and cures to the most feared diseases of our time. Central to the Health Representative’s role will be the introduction of a new & promoted medicines and innovative digital service that will help elevate Health Care Professionals’ patient care. The role is consultative; spanning Pfizer’s entire resource and product portfolio for their customer base and one that will result in long standing and truly valued relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement the most efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies by customer; Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans; Build rapport and relationships with customers across virtual and F2F environments; Maintain a methodical approach to call objectives; Utilize current digital tools effectively and adapt quickly to new tools; Leverage analytics to develop insights and next best action plans; Compliantly engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand; Develop and deliver relevant, targeted messaging using approved materials; Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market, products and disease states; Present contract terms where appropriate and answer on-label questions; Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues; Use calendaring tools, leadership goals, and personal insights to address customer priorities; Bring insights from customer surveys to leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; History of promotional or sales success; Territory management skills; Effective communications skills; Demonstrated teamwork; Leadership ability and accountability; Valid driver’s license; Driving record in compliance with company standards

Nice to have

Science and Health background; Minimum 4 years of previous sales experience
