Help Desk Consultant - Mozelos

We are looking for an Help Desk Consultant to provide on-site IT support to end users across multiple customer locations in the Mozelos area.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support to end users at customer locations.; Travel between customer sites within the designated service area as required.; Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues on desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.; Install and configure operating system images on PCs and laptops.; Support network infrastructure activities, including rack and cabling tasks.; Assist with the installation and maintenance of industrial IT equipment.; Resolve IT incidents and service requests both on-site and remotely whenever applicable.; Record, update, and manage support tickets with detailed information regarding actions performed and solutions implemented.; Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.; Good understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.; Basic knowledge of computer networking.; Experience providing end-user IT support.; Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.; Experience with PC and laptop deployment and imaging processes.; Strong customer service and communication skills.; Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
