High Speed Crew - Traffic Management Operatives

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK and are constantly recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives. The client is seeking a Full High Speed Crew of Traffic Management Operatives with existing Traffic Management experience, to work within their existing crew without being interchanged.

Responsibilities

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS; Deliver site daily briefings; Have a competent understanding and implementation of 'Raising The Bar' document; Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers; Work alongside your crew to ensure teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans; Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings; Ensure Traffic Management and operations is in accordance with Chapter 8; Ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and required quality of operations; Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times; Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS; Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment; Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements; Complete Risk Assessments; Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects; Working with both direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time

Requirements

Existing Traffic Management experience; Experience in one or more of: 12AB IPV Foreman/LTMO, 12AB Operative, TTMBC/12AB 1DAY, 12AB IPV Operative, 12AB Foreman/LTMO; Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications; Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check; Right to Work in UK; Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
