Responsibilities

Complete maintenance and repairs for small to medium home and commercial projects; Make recommendations and manage customer expectations regarding scope, costs, and project completion; Create life-long customers by delivering a great experience using the Mr. Handyman Way repeatable process

Requirements

Skills and experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and other general contracting skills gained over a 5+ year career; Ability to manage your own projects and work alone; Provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews, collecting payments and ensuring the property is left in good shape; Necessary handyman skills, including the ability to use technology, to tackle a variety of projects; Document the job while following the process and aligning with company culture, vision and expectations
