Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources; Educate healthcare professionals on hospice services and benefits; Develop and execute territory growth strategies; Serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and healthcare partners; Drive census growth while maintaining the highest ethical standards
