Host/Hostess

Do you always receive your friends at the door with a big smile? We've got the job for you! The host(sse) greets customers at the door with a smile and leads them back to their table or to the bar. You can perform a variety of tasks to make the customer experience more enjoyable and ensure they come back. We may require your services at the counter to take out.

Responsibilities

Take reservations; greet customers; present the menu; make suggestions; answer questions about the menu and beverages; apply the rules of hygiene and health and safety; perform all or part of the function or duties related to the maintenance of the restaurant and equipment; ensure that the workstation is always kept clean; organize his/her workstation efficiently; use sales techniques; maintain dining room menus; execute all other tasks requested by the manager; provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To have good interpersonal skills; to be at ease in contacts; to have team spirit; a sense of collaboration; the ability to adapt to a situation; good communication in French required; must have good listening skills; being dynamic, honest, and success-oriented is a must; able to work well during rush hour.
