Host/Hostess - Stillwaters

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Bartender to join our team! The Bartender is responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest’s needs while preparing perfect beverages in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude. Responsibilities

Deliver memorable hospitality to guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from initial greeting to departure; Seek to understand guest’s needs while preparing beverages in a timely manner; Ensure total guest satisfaction in Stillwaters through effective communication skills and efficient anticipation of guest requirements; Perform all duties in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies; Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment; Open and close according to posted Restaurant hours; Greet and seat guests properly and promptly at the front entrance area; Exercise efficient, friendly communication with guests in the Restaurant and on the telephone; Visit all tables in restaurant to ensure proper service; Anticipate guests needs to ensure meeting or exceeding expectations; Ensure proper attainment and recording of all Restaurant reservations and customer counts; Maintain quality and stock of menus and wine lists; Be knowledgeable of all services offered hotel wide

Requirements

Highly motivated; customer focused; quick on your feet; engaging attitude; at least 6 months of customer service experience
