Join Our Housekeeping Team! Are you an experienced housekeeper looking for a rewarding role where your skills make a real difference? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our hospice housekeeping team, to play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

Ensuring all areas of the hospice are clean and hygienic, including patient rooms, clinical spaces, and public areas; Carrying out deep cleans following patient discharge and maintaining hygiene standards throughout; Restocking supplies like hand towels, soap, and toilet rolls; Supporting colleagues with tasks like bed-making, curtain washing, and floor care; Following all safety guidelines and contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for patients and visitors; Engaging respectfully with patients and visitors, offering support when needed

Requirements

Experienced housekeeper; Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to work as part of a close-knit team; Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines; Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to high standards; Caring approach and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues; Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes when needed; Passion for supporting others in a meaningful, hands-on way; Successful completion of DBS check
