Responsibilities

Ensures that all guest rooms, floor corridors are cleaned and well-maintained based on prescribed standards.; Provides for cleanliness and maintenance of pantries, service area and trolleys.; Provides for turn down service of guest rooms based on prescribed standards.; Reports to the shift Supervisor the repairs, maintenance work required in guest rooms or any discrepancies in room status.; Anticipates, responds to guest requirements and requests

Requirements

Service focused personality is essential; Min. 1 Year experience as Room Attendant for a 5 Star Hotel is required; Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
