Responsibilities

Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations.; Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and compliance with brand standards.; Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.; Ensure carts, closets, and supply rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.; Address guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.; Report maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-up.; Monitor productivity and assist with scheduling and labor management.; Maintain accurate records of inspections, assignments, and supply usage.; Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company policies.; Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.; Hospitality coursework or certification preferred.; Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.; Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.; Experience with housekeeping software or PMS systems (HotSOS, OnQ, Opera, etc.) a plus.; Strong attention to detail and quality standards.; Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.; Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.; Strong organizational and time management abilities.; Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and chemical handling.; Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50–75 lbs.; Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
