Connect with small business owners and decision makers.; Identify business needs and present appropriate solutions.; Introduce business protection resources, legal support services, and group employee benefit options.; Build and maintain professional client relationships.; Participate in networking, outreach, presentations, and marketing activities.; Develop and grow your own client portfolio.

Requirements

Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn.; Strong communication and relationship building skills.; Comfortable connecting with business owners and professionals.; Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.; Consistent, goal oriented, and willing to put in the work.; HR, recruiting, consulting, sales, or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
