HR Officer

Sayar Chit Trading Co.,Ltd is child and youth development organization dedicated to promote

the realization of children and young people’s rights, especially girl’s rights, in both development and

humanitarian settings. Plan International in Myanmar is supporting a broad spectrum of initiatives

designed to support integrated child development and youth empowerment outcomes that are

strategically aligned with the national government’s priorities. Sectors of focus include: Early Childhood

Care and Development (ECCD), Maternal, New born and Child Health and Nutrition (MNCHN), Water,

Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Resilience and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Child Protection,

Adolescent Development, Youth Economic Empowerment, Youth-Led Peace Building and Social Cohesion,

Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), and Non- Communicable Disease (NCD) Prevention

The HR Officer will have the below keys accountability

HR administration

- Ensure that all the personal files are filed and scanned
- Follow up with Program Unit to ensure that all the HR process and procedures are smoothly done
- Assist with compensation and benefits processes are recorded in align with donor and audit

requirements.

- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Responsibilities

Update and calculated Payroll with payroll standard; Responsible for administrate renewal contract management; Update the Leave, check medical benefit and staff insurance; Responsible for payment of Income taxation for national staff and international taxation process; Provide the staff with ongoing support and assistant in assigned Program Unit for their day to day

Requirements

 University Degree with relevant certification and Diploma;  Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferably with an INGO;  Able to do multitasking in very responsive way;  Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment;  Able to work as a part of a team;  Good communication skills (both in Myanmar and English in Written and Oral);  Proficient in computer skills;  Strong knowledge and skills on staff database system and advance excel skill will be an asset.;  Good interpersonal skills and ability to form effective working relationships with people at all levels;  Integrity and able to keep sensitive information confidential.
