HTRC Project Engineer (12month FTC)

As a Manufacturing Engineer with a Project Engineering focus, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements into robust manufacturing solutions while managing the technical delivery of projects from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities

Managing engineering projects to deliver customer requirements safely, on time, and within budget; Developing and maintaining manufacturing methods and technical packages; Applying project planning, risk management, change control, and cost management techniques; Supporting validation, substantiation, and compliance activities; Managing non-conformance and quality concerns to ensure specification compliance; Working closely with customers and stakeholders to optimise product designs for manufacture; Supporting innovation, process improvement, and capability development activities; Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, and research functions

Requirements

Proactive and driven; passion for manufacturing excellence and innovation; degree in Engineering or equivalent technical capability gained through experience; strong understanding of manufacturing engineering and component engineering principles; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience in project delivery, problem solving, risk management, and change control; ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
