The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support manufacturing projects from initiation to closure. This role is ideal for candidates with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or production who are looking to transition into project management.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, tracking, and executing manufacturing projects.; Development and coordination of Samples.; MAE Ordering and tracking; Capital expenditure planning and tracking.; Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, CTG,Engg etc.) to ensure timely completion of project tasks.; Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and action trackers.; Support project budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.; Monitor daily progress and escalate delays or issues proactively.; Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during project execution.; Participate in project review meetings and prepare status updates.; Ability to create simple dashboards to track project KPIs like timelines.; Localization activity co Ordinator from manufacture team; coordination with global team for a new export project; ECR Co Ordinator; PDM Role (BOM release for all the new part numbers); Hands on SAP POE module (MM, CS, CA, new development modules, etc)

Requirements

Basic knowledge of project lifecycle and manufacturing processes.; Hands-on exposure to tools like MS Excel, MS Project, SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint.; Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.; Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.; Digital Tools knowledge will be added advantage.; B.E – Mechanical/Automobile/Electronics; 4+ years of experience in manufacturing/quality/production roles.; Interest in pursuing a long-term career in project management.
