Independent Sales Rep - Insurance

Our company is looking to hire an Independent Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentation of product & services and product demonstration, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also posses good interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Identifying Prospective Customers & Generating leads; Developing Accounts with Clients.; Advising Customers on Product Benefits (Serves exiting customers by optimizing current purchase plan, Makes recommendations for the customer); Negotiating Terms of Sales.; Following Up with Clients & resolves customer complaints/querries.; Preparing weekly and monthly reports and minimum goals.; Understand and promote the company’s program.; Completes market research and monitors competitor activity.

Requirements

HND in Insurance; One to two years experience in Sales on Insurance Products
