Industrial Electrician

Essity is looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician. The Industrial Electrician is responsible for defined maintenance activities in the production site. The role maintains the machines based on preventive and predictive maintenance concept. They will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and solving these problems using the Daily Direction Setting approach & Root Cause Analysis. The technician supports and coaches the Operators / Colleagues in handling technical issues in the Resource Support Teams/Asset Teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain machines based on preventive and predictive maintenance concept; Troubleshoot technical problems using the Daily Direction Setting approach and Root Cause Analysis; Support and coach Operators/Colleagues in handling technical issues; Respond to critical requests for support site-wide and in specific areas; Gain 'Center of Excellence' knowledge on specific technologies in our facility and share that knowledge with others as needed; Perform troubleshooting on site using Ethernet and logic controls interface tools; Identify improvement ability for critical instrumentation; Support and troubleshoot operating motors, drives, and other logic-controlled variable effort equipment; Support and lead capital project teams when necessary; Develop and Mentor apprentices in specific trade areas

Requirements

HSED or Diploma required; Must be Journeyman Industrial Electrician or E/I Technician with State Indentured apprenticeship and work experience applying those skills in a manufacturing setting; Have a curious mindset and desire to learn new skills; Willing to work rotation shift
