Influencer Specialist, US - San Francisco/ Los Angeles

Plaud is building the real-world AI interface for professionals. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive growth and strategic partnerships on all major social platforms such as TikTok, Meta, X, YouTube, Podcast, etc. in the US market.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with creators, talent agencies, and MCNs; Execute growth strategies to expand channel performance and monetization; Source and negotiate collaboration deals (content partnerships, campaigns, affiliate programs, etc.); Analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI) and optimize campaign strategies accordingly; Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm changes, and content best practices; Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to align on campaigns; Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners and opportunities

Requirements

2-5 years of experience social media partnerships, influencer marketing, or creator marketing; Experience working with creators or agencies; Proven track record in forming long-term partnerships and driving measurable growth; Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics; Highly proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; Ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency
