Infusion Nurse Practitioner (NP)

IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections; Conduct patient assessments, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses; Educate and support patients and families through treatment expectations and disease management; Maintain accurate records in the EHR system and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards; Optimize clinical workflows with chart preparation and treatment planning; Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams; Support operations and training including inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence; Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed; Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license; Registered Nurse (RN) license if required by the state; AANP or ANCC board certification; BLS certification; Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics; Strong IV and infusion therapy skills; Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols; Proficiency in clinical documentation with EHR systems; Strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance; Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

PALS certification; Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred
