Infusion Nurse Practitioner (NP)

IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections; Conduct patient assessments, perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses; Educate and support patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management; Ensure compliance and quality by maintaining accurate records in EHR, reviewing nursing documentation, and upholding HIPAA and OSHA standards; Optimize clinical workflows with chart preparation and treatment planning; Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams; Support operations and training, including inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence; Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed; Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by state); AANP or ANCC board certification; BLS certification; Ability to care for both adults and pediatrics; Strong IV and infusion therapy skills with experience in specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols; Proficiency in clinical documentation with EHR systems and understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance; Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; Must be flexible to support market needs with days and locations subject to change

Nice to have

PALS certification preferred; Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred
